Although this is a benefit that you only receive after working for the company for a few years, it is an excellent one. “We provide twice-yearly Extra Checks (bonuses) for long-tenured hourly employees,” according to Costco’s website.
Executive Membership Is Free
Employees at Costco receive free membership cards for themselves, as well as their friends and family.

Employees also have access to sales before customers.

Thanksgiving Turkey for Free
Multiple employees confirmed on Reddit that every Thanksgiving, American Costco employees receive a voucher for a free turkey. Costco donates turkeys that employees do not choose to take home.
Employee Shopping Only Hours
Perhaps the most significant disadvantage of shopping at Costco is the extremely long checkout lines — but employees are exempt from these.
